Several Key Parameters of Numerical Simulation of Goaf in Research

By a Computational Fluid Dynamics software named Fluent, the influence that the permeability, gas emission intensity of goaf and turbulent parameters in working face have on the numerical simulation was studied. The results show that: the permeability and gas emission intensity of goaf have great influence on the migration law of gas and goaf air leakage, causing great impact on the gas concentration in upper corner. The influence that the selection of calculation methods of turbulent parameters on simulation results in non-fully-developed turbulent region is great, and small in fully developed turbulent region. The simulation results fit well with the theoretical one through comparison, thus validating the reliability of simulation results.
